Philo's Sky Collection

This small collection of skies that I gathered for my panoramic uses is now available below. You can use these skies for any purpose, such as:

• Create the upper part of kite aerial panoramas (see http://www.philohome.com/kitephoto/kapp.htm)
• Replacement of boring gray skies in outdoor panoramas when the weather was not so fine
• Background for 3D image synthesis

Some of these skies were snapped with my Lego^® Sky Shooter.

These images are available in two formats:

• Original fisheye image shot towards zenith (with a Nikon Coolpix 990 + FC-E8, resolution of useful part about 1350 x 1350 pixels). As the camera was in low contrast mode, some gamma/brighness corrections are needed.
• Remapped to equirectangular format, de-noised using Neat Image demo, gamma/brightness corrected, touch up to remove some trees, buildings and pylons (as I shot most of these skies using a 6 meters pole from my house second floor, almost no correction was necessary)
